Basically if anyone walks down or near Dove St anytime in the next few days could they see if there are any businesses or residences between nine tree hill where dove st starts and thomas st, make a list of house nos and business names for a mail out. 



We need to send letters to all these people to warn them we will be having a community event there. I have the letters ready and have checked out the cost of traffic signs (around £40-£50 for a weekend-  ...</description>

Last night at the Vision group meeting we got on to the discussion of what to do with any money we raise. Obviously, Ladyfest Bristol is a non profit event, so any money we have left over from merchandise, advertising etc (which should be some, but prob not much) is going to charity.

The question is : which one?

I've been in touch with Jess McCabe from the F-word website about maybe doing the talk at the launch party. I love her site and she's fairly up for it, ifshe can fit it in her schedule. Anyway, im in the process of emailing her back. 

Can anyone think of any other feminist illuminaries who may be suitable? We need someone non confrontational, light and interesting. We don't really want a full on lecture on feminist theory, as that is what the workshop is for.
